Online Media Associate Programme The Online Media Associate Program calls for recent and experienced university graduates with strong analytical and communication. As part of our commitment to hire and develop top talent, Google has created the Online Media Associate Programme (OMAP) for recent and experienced university graduates. Based at our European Headquarters in Dublin, Ireland and our Wroclaw office in Poland, this 2.5 year programme offers international graduates from all academic disciplines an insight into online business, advertising, and new technologies. Online Media Associates start by learning the essence of our products and how to make them work to our clients' best advantage. They also have opportunities to master a range of key client communication skills during their first year. And, because web technology allows companies a better understanding of consumer behaviour, Associates can develop the analytical skills to leverage these consumer insights and advise clients – small or large – on their advertising strategies. Yet serving clients is just one aspect of our business. Our developmental programme provides opportunities to develop expertise in areas ranging from specialised product, industry, or regional knowledge to advertising, marketing, or business development, and from analytics to budgetary planning. Google's widely reputed culture of personal growth and support underpins a training curriculum that aims to equip participants not only with the skills they need to do their job right now, but those they'll need as a future business leader. * In the first year of the programme, we focus on an in-depth introduction to Google. Participants also focus on market and industry knowledge, core professional and personal skills. * In the second year, the learning programme expands to develop early leadership skills, while deepening sector expertise and providing opportunities for rotation in other business functions, thus deepening cross-functional knowledge. * In the last 6 months of the programme, participants would be demonstrating expertise in a specialist field within Google and would partake in an inter-departmental group project. OMAP offers an all-round introduction to managing business operations with some of the most innovative products on the market. Your specific responsibilities will depend on the team you will join (for example: Advertising Operations Associate, Online Sales Account Manager, Enterprise or Inside Sales Representative) and on your skills and experience.
